Rinus Vader MFM CFM (1959) is the Executive Director Business Development at NPC. NPC supplies expertise for the development, realisation and management of stations and hospital related facilities, int.npc.eu. NPC (150 fte) is part of DHV Group, www.dhv.com.
Vader is a strategic advisor with 25 years of experience with a focus on passenger transportation and FM. He developed station and office facilities and shaped the FM organisation for Dutch Rail. He studied Civil and Construction Engineering, Business Economics, RE and FM and joined an International Executive Program at INSEAD.

Vader is chairman of the Working Group Station Management, a working group that by order of the International Association or Public Transport (UITP) examines regional and suburban stations and suggest for their regeneration.
Since 2001 Vader is Chairman of the Board of The Facility Cost Index Collaboration, www.nfcindex.nl, a leading index and benchmark for FM industry; visiting professor at The Hague University, member of the Dutch Standardisation Committee and the European Working Group for Taxonomy for FM, EN 15221-4. He published a lot of articles and the book ‘Leadership in Service, Strategy development for and by the facility services role, focused on the organisation’s interests’ (2005).
