Sander ten Have - Board Member

 

Sander ten Have (born in 1969) is Senior Project Manager with ABN AMRO Facility Management Services (FMS). Within ABN AMRO the FMS department manages more than 25,000 workplaces at 650 locations within the Netherlands, including the headquarters in Amsterdam. FMS provides business solutions in the areas of real estate, accommodation and facility services. It supports its internal clients towards achieving their commercial targets and providing optimum services to their external clients.


After his Real Estate Management studies at the Delft University of Technology, Sander ten Have worked for INBO consultants in Woudenberg as a building costs specialist, and for Twijnstra Gudde in Amersfoort as a consultant on issues involving the financial management of facility organisations.


Earlier at ABN AMRO, Sander ten Have was the Head of Planning & Control at Facility Management Services and Project Manager Policy & Development in the Housing & Real Estate department. As Senior Project Manager he currently focuses on performance management. Benchmarking plays a major role here.


Since 2009 Sander ten Have has been a member of the board of the Netherlands Facility Cost Index Coöperatie u.a., www.nfcindex.nl, a leading reference for the facility management sector. He is chairman of NFC Kring Financials, the Financial Benchmark platform working group that regularly compares and discusses the costs and performance of the facility services of the largest financial bodies in the Netherlands. Since 2004 he has been a member of the Standards Committee NEN 2748 Facility Management & Classification Facility Costs.
