| NFC Index® shows the median market-level facilities costs for offices and related services, per workplace.
The NFC Index® comprises the functions:
- office accommodation,
- services,
- resources,
- ICT,
- external facilities
- facility management of the whole.
This index was created on the basis of the information on facilities costs for FM and ICT of the members of the NFC Index Cooperative. Now some 80 businesses and government organisations participate in the NFC Index®. That is more than 5% of the Dutch offices market. This is a reliable basis for the NFC Index®.
